Refund Policy
This policy explains when PriceFox reviews refund requests, how each paid product is handled, and when a refund is considered complete.
Start with a refund review request
Email support@pricefox.ca with your case reference, product, payment date, and a short explanation where available. Never send card numbers or payment credentials by email.

PriceFox may ask for enough information to confirm the payment, product delivery, provider result, eligibility issue, availability issue, or other material mismatch. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials.
A refund request is not a refund approval. An approval is not the same as processing, and a refund is complete only after Stripe or the applicable payment record confirms it.
A request may move through these customer-facing stages: Request received, Under review, Approved for processing, Processing, Refunded, Could not be processed, or Request closed or not approved.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after PriceFox submits an approved refund can vary by financial institution.
PriceFox will not describe money as refunded until the payment record confirms that the refund was completed.
PriceFox Guarantee: If the unlocked options are not realistically available after confirmation, PriceFox will refund the $9 Full Deal Map unlock.

The guarantee concerns whether the unlocked options are realistically available after confirmation. It does not guarantee savings, provider approval, installation, service quality, or that an offer will remain unchanged indefinitely. Changing your mind after receiving a valid Full Deal Map is not automatically an unavailable-option claim.
A previously purchased Full Deal Map can create one same-case $9 credit toward Action Plan or the Pro Review first payment. Once that credit is used, the original Full Deal Map payment is not separately refundable; any later review concerns the amount actually paid for the later product.
Full Deal Map access may remain available for the original case. The same-case credit is not cash, is not transferable, and cannot be used twice.
Action Plan is a $39 written service. Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on whether the paid service was delivered and the circumstances of the case.
Relevant factors may include whether PriceFox delivered the paid written plan, whether access or payment failed, whether the delivered plan was materially incomplete or did not match the purchased service, how much work was completed, whether PriceFox received the information reasonably needed to prepare it, and applicable legal rights.
Buying Action Plan does not guarantee savings, provider eligibility, offer availability, approval, installation, or a particular outcome. Choosing not to use a properly delivered Action Plan does not create an automatic refund, although PriceFox may approve a refund when the circumstances justify it.
When a prior same-case $9 Full Deal Map credit applies, the amount charged for Action Plan is normally $30. A refund review concerns the actual Action Plan payment charged, not a $39 cash refund when only $30 was paid.
The original $9 Full Deal Map purchase remains separate and its access remains available.
Pro Review costs $99 CAD in total. The first payment is $20, or $11 after an applicable same-case $9 Full Deal Map credit. The remaining $79 is paid only when a recommendation is ready and before it unlocks. These are the only Pro Review payments.
Deposit guarantee: If PriceFox cannot prepare a useful recommendation it considers worth presenting, the amount actually paid to start Pro Review—$20 or $11 after the applicable Full Deal Map credit—is refundable.
When the $9 Full Deal Map purchase is used as the credit, that purchase remains separate and Full Deal Map access remains unlocked. The refundable Pro Review first payment is the amount actually charged for Pro Review: $20 or $11.
If a meaningful recommendation is ready but the $79 remains unpaid, no $79 payment has been taken and the recommendation remains locked. The first payment may be retained for the completed review work. Choosing not to continue does not create an automatic refund.
After the $79 recommendation payment is made, that payment remains a separate payment record. If the paid recommendation cannot be delivered or there is another material service problem, PriceFox reviews the $79 separately. This does not automatically refund the first Pro Review payment, and deciding not to act on a valid unlocked recommendation does not create an automatic refund.
If PriceFox cannot prepare a meaningful recommendation, no $79 is due and the actual $20 or $11 first payment enters refund review. The prior Full Deal Map payment remains separate. Continued PriceFox support for provider responses and retention offers remains part of the active Pro Review service.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. PriceFox cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account through this policy.
Once the payment record confirms completion, PriceFox may tell you the refund was processed. Your financial institution may take additional time to display it.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
